Fabiola is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s New York office and leads Dalberg Advisors' Latin America practice. Fabiola works with organizations ranging from the Inter-American Development Bank and the Millennium Challenge Corporation to foundations, governments, and corporations. Fabiola’s experience includes supporting organizations through strategic planning processing, developing strategies for private sector development by addressing regulatory and human capital barriers, and setting up public-private partnerships to improve public education.
Before joining Dalberg, Fabiola was a Principal at A.T. Kearney where she advised clients on their growth, market entry and innovation strategies. She also published studies on business opportunities in emerging markets. In addition to her work at Dalberg, Fabiola serves on boards of non-profit organizations in New York and Mexico focused on improving literacy skills and building stronger communities through urban interventions. She has also served as a judge and a mentor in several social venture competitions and accelerator programs.
Fabiola holds a master’s in business administration from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s in industrial design from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. She has also conducted studies in international development at New York University.
