In association with Nordic Innovation and the Confederation of Danish Industries, Dalberg developed and conceptualized an innovation camp program aimed at supporting Nordic companies’ emerging market aspirations. The project involved four preparatory innovation camps in the Nordic region, which helped guide companies’ thinking and activities towards new markets. Building on these gatherings, two on-site innovation camps were conducted in Nairobi and Mumbai. At these events, participating Nordic companies went through several training sessions, visited local companies and engaged in peer networking activities that supported company-specific initiatives related to products, services and business models targeted at new markets.
