Afua is a Partner with Dalberg Advisors. She is based in Bangkok and co-leads our work in Southeast Asia. She also serves as the firm’s Global Inclusion Advisor, with a focus on advancing principles of equity and inclusion.

Over the last two decades, Afua has advised companies, foundations, governments, and multi-lateral organizations on strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and private sector engagement initiatives in emerging and frontier markets. This includes a five-year term as Team Leader for USAID’s Investment Support Program.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Afua was a consultant with PwC in Tanzania and worked with the Government of Rwanda as an ODI Fellow. Afua holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Development Studies from the University of Manchester.
