Stella is an AI Consulting Fellow with the Dalberg Data Insights team, with experience in strategy, operations, and financial advisory across East and West Africa. Prior to Dalberg, she worked at Open Capital Advisors, where she supported clients including Aqua for All, Shell Foundation, USAID Ghana, the British High Commission, and One Acre Fund Kenya. Her work focused on multi-country WASH and energy research, financial and operational systems strengthening, development of investor-ready business plans, and investment readiness support for high-impact enterprises serving smallholder farmers.

Stella holds a First Class Honours BSc in Statistics from JKUAT and is motivated to leverage data and strategy to strengthen inclusive, scalable systems.
