Dimple Gujral is Global Finance Director at Dalberg. She brings more than 25 years of finance leadership experience spanning multinational corporations, the travel and logistics sector, and mission-driven organizations. She oversees financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, and compliance across the region, while helping shape global finance priorities for Dalberg’s multi-country operations.
Before joining Dalberg in 2020, Dimple held senior finance roles at organizations including FedEx, Kuoni Travel, and Cleartrip before making a deliberate transition to the social sector as a founding staff member and Chief Financial Officer at Teach For India. At Dalberg, Dimple has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s finance function during a period of global growth. Her work includes advancing financial strategy, optimizing corporate structures, and supporting transfer pricing and governance across jurisdictions, helping ensure that Dalberg’s financial systems enable the firm’s mission and long-term sustainability.
Beyond Dalberg, Dimple serves on the boards of Atma Education, which strengthens the organizational capacity of NGOs across India, and Villgro Innovations Foundation, which supports and incubates early-stage social enterprises.
Dimple is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai. She speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Marathi, and is based in Mumbai.
