The HRC Equidad MX report is the leading workplace assessment designed to grow LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality across Mexico. In its seventh year and integral to HRC’s global initiative, the assessment results were unveiled on December 5, 2023, acknowledging companies that exhibit genuine commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion.
Dalberg demonstrated excellence across all evaluated categories:
- Adoption of non-discrimination policies for LGBTQ+ individuals
- Establishment of an LGBTQ+ Allies & Associates’ network, alongside diversity, equity, and inclusion committees
- Provision of comprehensive training and development programs for LGBTQ+ inclusion
- Active engagement and public advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion.
