Selwin Hart, Special Adviser to the UN Secretary-General and Assistant Secretary-General for Climate Action, addressed the Bharat Climate Forum in New Delhi on January 9. Speaking about the energy transition underway across the world, Hart said that the shift was “not out of idealism, but out of necessity and opportunity… and that change is now inevitable and unstoppable.”
