We designed and are implementing two major workforce programs for LA County on advancing economic opportunity in underinvested communities. This includes the $17M High Road Training Partnership Fund to expand career pathways, and the $800K Worker Equity Fund to meet urgent needs of workers facing barriers. We also designed a small business support fund and are helping build a more inclusive economic development ecosystem through technical assistance, evaluation, and community learning.
