We supported New York City’s Economic Development Corporation and Department of Health to design the vision and strategy for a new Pandemic Response Institute that puts racial and health equity at the center of future emergency response. Through citywide stakeholder engagement and global research, we helped define the Institute’s priorities, operating model, and governance approach. The resulting strategy shaped the city’s investment and long-term commitment to a more inclusive public health system.
