We worked with the National Domestic Workers Alliance to chart a path for reshaping private care investments in ways that improve job quality and access for domestic workers. Through a landscape of 500+ care investors and in-depth strategy design, we identified high-impact actions NDWA can lead to shift care capital to enhance equity and dignity in the workforce.
