We supported change management of the UN’s ‘Delivering as One’ initiative in eight pilot countries – Albania, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Pakistan, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uruguay and Vietnam. We helped to develop a common UN inter-agency approach to change management for the initiative.
