TUMO has become a global player with significant success in providing digital skills training for youth across Armenia, and several international markets. TUMO engaged Dalberg to conduct an evaluation to assess their impact thus far and refine the path forward. To achieve this, we looked to answer three key questions: How effective has TUMO been in achieving its intended educational, career, and civic outcomes? How do key external stakeholders perceive the TUMO brand, its program, and its impacts on learners? What is working and what is not working? How can it be improved?
