In collaboration with GOGLA, Dalberg reviewed eight blended finance models to understand what is working, and where current approaches fall short, in expanding energy access. The review highlights practical lessons on how to structure capital more effectively: anchoring concessional funding from trusted sources, linking financing more directly to underserved customers, and improving efficiency through shared tools and infrastructure.
