Eric is Dalberg’s Global Director of Knowledge Management, based in Brussels. He is responsible for promoting and developing processes, content, and systems that help Dalberg staff deliver projects with excellence and maximize the impact for both clients and their beneficiaries.

Eric has a background in consulting and banking, having worked as Credit Risk Manager and Corporate Banker at ING in Brussels and New York, then as Banking Knowledge Expert at McKinsey’s BeNeLux Knowledge Center, and as Senior Project Manager at Belfius Wealth Management. In parallel he was also Teaching Assistant of Strategy at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, and co-founded Livescope VR, a Virtual Reality start-up.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in Business Sciences from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and is a Certified European Financial Analyst.
