- Dalberg designed and launched Convergence, the world’s first blended finance platform that helps public and private investors connect to execute transactions in emerging and frontier markets.
- Convergence includes an investor match-making platform, grant funding for the design of innovative new financing products, and knowledge tools to build investors’ understanding and ability to utilize blended finance.
- As part of this work, we directed a landscape analysis of 50+ other analogous platforms and stress-tested the strategy with potential users to define the value proposition and offerings of the platform.
- Dalberg supported the overall launch process including drafting the business plan, seconding staff to serve in interim operating roles and developing relationships with a series of private and public sector investors to onboard them onto the platform.
