I joined Dalberg in 2017 with an international development background rather than one in consulting. I started with Dalberg Implement in the Dar es Salaam office, then moved to Dalberg Advisors in London where I managed client engagements and consulting teams for around 3 years, focusing on strategy and organizational transformation. Currently, I’m on an internal secondment to help set up and run the group’s relatively new non-profit organization, Dalberg Catalyst.
