FABIOLA SALMAN

Fabiola Salman is the leader of Dalberg’s Latin America practice, based in Mexico City. Her experience includes developing strategies for private sector development and employment by addressing regulatory and human capital barriers, designing strategies to expand access to women’s health in rural areas and setting up public-private partnerships to improve public education. 
 
Before joining Dalberg, Fabiola was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, where she advised clients on their growth, market entry and innovation strategies. She also published studies regarding the business opportunities in emerging markets. In addition to her work at Dalberg, Fabiola serves on boards of non-profit organizations in New York and Mexico focused on improving literacy skills and building stronger communities through urban interventions. She has also served as a judge and a mentor in several social venture competitions and accelerator programs.

Fabiola holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey. She has also undertaken studies in International Development at New York University.
