Hanna Ohm Cleaver is a Project Manager at Dalberg Media, specialized in project and stakeholder management, communication, press relations, and analysis. She also functions as Partnership Lead for the global innovation program UNLEASH.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Hanna worked as a Senior Management Consultant with KPMG. In addition, she has five years of experience from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, working at the Africa Department and the Danish delegation to the OECD in Paris, respectively.

Hanna is a trained anthropologist from the University of Copenhagen where she is currently affiliated as an External Lecturer in Anthropology.
