Companies need to build more resilient, low-carbon supply chains while enabling their suppliers to access the tools and resources required to reduce emissions. We supported a Fortune 500 Tech company to design an industry-wide platform by assessing supplier capabilities, mapping existing solutions, and developing a roadmap covering governance, partnerships, and funding. This enabled the launch of a global knowledge and training platform accelerating clean energy procurement and supporting suppliers to meet science-based targets.
