Financial institutions are under increasing pressure to embed sustainability into their core business models while capturing emerging climate finance opportunities. We supported a group of 5 leading financial institutions in Latin America to assess progress toward net-zero emissions, design bank-specific sustainability strategies and climate finance products, and align leadership through targeted advisory and workshops. This enabled institutions to position sustainability as a business driver and scale climate-positive finance across their portfolios.
