Improving smallholder farmer incomes depends on effective coordination across public, private, and community actors, which needs strong governance, alignment, and facilitation. Dalberg serves as Secretariat for an India-based consortium driving strategy execution, governance, performance management, and partnerships. Dalberg’s support has enabled stronger partner alignment, USD multi-million commitments from new partners, and effective implementation of programs reaching >26,000 farmers and achieving living incomes by 2030.
