Private sector collectives need tailored governance structures, improving their ability to align stakeholders and drive impact at scale. We supported the Mexico Sugarcane Collective led by PepsiCo, Mars and Nestlé to redesign its governance model by clarifying roles, strengthening ways of working, and enhancing monitoring, reporting, and learning systems. This enabled the Collective to operate more strategically, improve coordination across partners, and establish a clear roadmap to advance worker conditions in Mexico’s sugarcane sector.
