Sarvesh Singh is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s Vietnam office. He advises governments, funders and companies across Southeast Asia, South Asia and Pacific, with a particular focus on digital, AI, and health. He also brings experience across finance, and climate and sustainability.
In digital and AI, Sarvesh focuses on how technology can strengthen public systems, improve access to public services and advance inclusion, particularly for low-income and underserved communities. Recently, he has been working with Google.org on its global anti-scams collaborative, helping shape philanthropic approaches to scams. He has also supported Co-Develop on digital public infrastructure (DPI) and led multi-country work for the Asian Development Bank across South Asia, examining the institutional, policy and ecosystem conditions under which DPI can deliver inclusive outcomes.
Sarvesh’s work in AI increasingly intersects with health systems and frontline service delivery. He has been working with BRAC, Medtronic Labs, and PATH in assessing how AI can strengthen frontline community and primary healthcare workers in resource-constrained settings.
In health, Sarvesh has advised governments, development agencies and global pharmaceutical companies on strategy, program design, and service delivery. His work has included assessing the feasibility of a new dengue treatment, exploring innovative financing approaches to expand access to cancer care in India, and supporting USAID in developing value-based care models for tuberculosis and chronic disease management. He has also worked with public institutions to strengthen healthcare delivery, integrate technology into health systems and design large-scale public-private initiatives.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Sarvesh was a Manager at Bain & Company. Before that, he was a Senior Executive at Tata Trusts, where he partnered with state and national governments on major public health initiatives, including establishing cancer hospitals and strengthening public healthcare systems for NCD screening. He began his career as a Teach For India Fellow, teaching in a low-income community in Mumbai.
Sarvesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Audit, from the University of Mumbai.
