Salvatore has more than 15 years of experience advancing economic development across the Arabian Gulf and East Africa. His work has focused on policy reform, investment attraction, and private sector development in sectors including agriculture, eco-tourism, digital infrastructure, education, and mental health. He previously served as Head of FDI Attraction at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and has held roles at McKinsey & Company and the Tony Blair Institute. He has also served as Managing Director at Apeiron Investment Group.

Beyond his professional work, Salvatore is active in the arts as the founder of Pamoja Art Projects and Safar Art Fund. He is a graduate of New York University and the United World College, and was previously the youngest person to have visited every country in the world.
