Avary Kent is Regional Talent Director for the Americas at Dalberg Advisors, based in San Francisco. They are a senior People Operations and leadership development professional with more than a decade of experience designing people strategies, leadership programs, and organizational development initiatives for mission-driven organizations.

At Dalberg, Avary leads regional people strategy across a multi-country consulting environment, partnering with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, and change management. Since joining the firm in 2024, they have helped strengthen trust in the People function, improve collaboration between People Operations and senior leadership, and implement systems supporting competency development, resourcing, retention, and organizational change. Avary also brings extensive experience coaching leaders and facilitating conversations around culture, inclusion, and workplace dynamics.

Before joining Dalberg, Avary served as Chief People Officer at Spring Activator and consulted with government agencies, foundations, and other large institutions on leadership development and organizational effectiveness. They have designed and delivered training for employees, managers, and senior leaders across topics including management effectiveness, team development, communication, goal setting, and accountability. Avary is known for a practical, client-centered approach that combines strong facilitation with measurable organizational impact.
