METTE HALBORG
Partner, Dalberg Media
Mette Halborg leads strategic and operational communications work at Dalberg Media for clients across development, sustainability, and public interest fields. She also developed and leads FORESIGHT Global Health, a journalistic platform focused on the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases.
Mette’s background spans global development, corporate sustainability, and communications across private, public, and non-governmental sectors. Her experience includes work in public health, biotech, finance, food systems, and agriculture, supporting organizations to communicate complex issues clearly and responsibly.

CHARLIE HABERSHON
Partner, Dalberg Advisors
Charlie Habershon is based in Nairobi and co-leads Dalberg’s Education to Employment Practice. A qualified secondary school teacher, Charlie brings practical experience in education alongside strategy and financing expertise.
His work focuses on supporting governments, multilaterals, foundations, and private sector partners to strengthen education systems and expand access to quality learning. This includes work on innovative education financing, education technology, and climate-resilient education systems, as well as leading the Education Finance Network, which brings together funders and practitioners to improve the quantity and effectiveness of education financing.
BOIKANYO MOTHIBATSELA
Partner, Dalberg Advisors
Boikanyo Mothibatsela brings nearly fifteen years of experience in strategy, investment, and advisory work across sub-Saharan Africa.
His work focuses on private sector development, entrepreneurship, economic inclusion, agriculture, and healthcare. Boikanyo has advised businesses, governments, investors, and development actors across multiple African markets and brings an additional perspective through his experience as an entrepreneur and investor.

ALEXANDRE CHEVAL

Alexandre Cheval is based in Singapore and co-leads Dalberg’s Agriculture & Food Systems Practice Area and helps lead the firm’s work in Climate and Environment in Southeast Asia.
With expertise in sustainable agriculture, climate, and supply chain assessments, Alex helps foundations, philanthropies, and corporates design strategies and partnerships that accelerate a just transition towards regenerative and climate-resilient food and land use. His recent work spans food systems, climate finance, and sustainable land use across Africa and Asia Pacific.
BEN WISE
Partner, Dalberg Advisors
Ben Wise is based in New York and co-leads Dalberg’s U.S. Justice, Equity, & Economic Mobility Practice.
Ben advises public, philanthropic, and nonprofit organizations on strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and the design of initiatives focused on economic mobility, housing stability, and health equity. His prior experience includes senior leadership roles in humanitarian and social sector organizations, as well as the private sector.
