Dalberg and the Mastercard Foundation’s Hanga Ahazaza initiative are partnering on a project that aims to equip 30,000 youth with tourism and hospitality skills. This initiative focuses on increasing employment opportunities for youth in Rwanda through the expansion of the tourism and hospitality sector and equipping youth with the skills needed at the national level.
As the strategy and learning partner, Dalberg is responsible for articulating the programs collective strategy and ensuring that the program and its partners are continuously learning and improving strategic execution of their programs.
