Visioning
We bring our depth of experience in facilitation and consultative processes to help our clients coalesce around clear and shared visions
We worked with Sesame Workshop, the non-profit behind Sesame Street, to align around a shared vision for its signature domestic program, Sesame Street in Communities, which helps low-income children and families overcome traumatic experiences such as homelessness and parental incarceration.

We support our clients through research, analysis, and facilitation to develop context-specific organizational, program, and portfolio strategies
We supported GLIDE, a social service and justice organization in San Francisco, to build a strategy to better serve the city’s most marginalized on issues of hunger, homelessness, addiction, and education, while amplifying its voice as a champion for social justice in San Francisco and beyond.

We bring our analytical and participatory research skills to help our clients answer questions around and understand root causes of issues of injustice in the United States
We partnered with Common Future to research bold policy ideas – from green development zones to support for minority-owned businesses – that have the potential of building wealth and economic power in communities of color.

We bring community representatives into the core project team as partners in research, design, and decision-making processes to shift power dynamics and strengthen accountability
We worked with the Financial Health Network to co-create and prototype a range of different products and services that seek to strengthen the financial health of retirees, frontline workers and other key communities in the United States.

We bring our analytical skills and program design experience to assess the impact of clients’ existing programs and strategies, design learning agendas, and recommend necessary pivots
We worked with REDF, a venture philanthropy that supports social enterprises who employ people facing barriers to employment, to audit its five-year program strategy against its racial equity goals.
