Dalberg was engaged by the Lego Foundation to provide organizational capacity strengthening support to Lego Foundation grantee Care for Education (CfE) with a focus on (i) capacity strengthening in identified areas (ii) recruitment to bridge staffing needs (iii) strengthening of organizational processes. Dalberg (i) identified resource and expertise gaps and developed an organizational structure to bridge those gaps (ii) provided support to strengthen Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) knowledge and processes (iii) developed a Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) framework for CfE.
