UNLEASH is a global initiative envisioning to build the world’s leading platform for novel and scalable solutions to reach the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each year, leading up to 2030, 1,000 handpicked talents will come together for a 10 immersive days of co-creation, with the goal of developing smart, implementable and scalable solutions to the SDGs.
 
By using the innovative mindset of purpose-driven talents and partner them with leading companies, research institutions, foundations, NGOs and investors, UNLEASH aspires to provide next-generation solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. The inception of UNLEASH started in Denmark in 2017, followed by Singapore in June 2018. In November 2019, UNLEASH will be held in Shenzhen, China.   

Dalberg Media is a key partner in UNLEASH and is involved in conceptualization, design, sourcing of experts and facilitators, execution, follow-up activities and evaluation. UNLEASH aims for wide-spread impact within global development and focuses on creating a large-scale SDG community of next generation leaders. UNLEASH will specifically develop 2.800 solutions between now and 2030, making UNLEASH a leading platform for innovative SDG-solutions; mobilize roughly 14,000 top talents until 2030 from across the world, and create a growing ecosystem of private, public and civil society organizations that will be engaged in co-creating activities.
