I first joined Dalberg in 2011 as an intern in Nairobi, and over the next four years I worked on projects ranging from market entry to organizational strategy to investment promotion. I also spent a year working in our Mumbai office and six months seconded to a youth employment accelerator in Johannesburg. I left in 2015 as a Senior Project Manager to explore different avenues for impact in the youth employment space and re-joined Dalberg in 2020 as an Associate Partner.
