Abdoulaye Diallo has joined Dalberg Data Insights as a Data Scientist based in Guinea. Prior to DDI, he worked as an Analytical Project Manager at PULSY, an organization deploying e-health projects in the eastern region of France. Adboulaye has experience with business intelligence and interoperability projects, particularly with the transfer of data from the emergency services in the eastern part of France to feed the epidemiological monitoring system for public health. He also has experience managing the security of information systems. In his free time, Abdoulaye serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Young Guineans in France.  

Adboulaye graduated with a master’s degree in computer science with a specialization in business intelligence in Nancy, France.
