Alexandra Stanek is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s Johannesburg office. She is passionate about developing human capital and strengthening employment across the African continent. She also works extensively in industrialization and access to finance – two areas that can help economies unlock growth.
Her work has included designing country strategies and programs to address youth unemployment, crowd in investment, and drive economic growth. She has supported investors to identify inclusive market entry opportunities and assisted talent organizations to build skills for workplaces of the future.
Alex holds a joint Master in Business Administration and Master in Public Policy from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College. Prior to joining Dalberg, she worked for TechnoServe in Mbabane, Eswatini and for McKinsey & Company in New York City.
