Audrey is a Partner at Dalberg where she works with clients to improve education, employment, and health outcomes globally through developing, implementing, and measuring impactful strategies in support of inclusive development. Audrey has more than ten years of experience advising corporate, government, and philanthropic clients on a range of development and social impact topics, and particularly on inclusive development.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Audrey worked at the venture philanthropy firm Telos Impact, and before that experience she was a consultant at McKinsey. Audrey is also the co-founder of Spectralys Biotech, a start-up developing a unique protein analysis technology that it commercializes in partnership with biopharmaceuticals companies worldwide.
Audrey has an MSc in Business Engineering from the Free University of Brussels and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University (SIPA). She is also currently the President of Be education, an organization that supports initiatives focused on improving the quality of education in Belgium.
