Transitioned from private sector in search for impact in development sector, Denys’ knack for innovation and leadership is evident in recent achievements, including the design and piloting of a Statistical Data Portal for a global renewable energy alliance and the development of an advanced AI-powered chatbot leveraging complex vector databases in health and vaccination space. His leadership and solution engineering capacity were pivotal in establishing scalable ETL pipelines and integrated data warehouses for a major national statistical project in East Africa, setting a new benchmark for data management and accessibility. 

Denys’ work extends to leveraging technology for societal benefits, particularly in public health, through partnerships with Health Information Systems Programs and Ministries of Health in multiple countries across Africa. These collaborations drove critical implementations of such projects as the development of vaccine response dashboards and health data analytics tools for global vaccine alliances, underscoring his commitment to enhancing healthcare in developing nations through data-driven initiatives. 

Denys’ academic credentials include three magister degrees in International Business, Chinese Studies & Management, and Quantitative Economics from Kyiv National University, Zhejiang University and Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel.
