Joan is a Project Manager at Dalberg Data Insights based in East Africa. Prior to joining Dalberg, Joan worked with Open Capital in strategy consulting and financial advisory on projects and programs in agriculture and food security, energy, humanitarian initiatives, and technology, supporting efforts to improve access to critical services at the last mile.

Joan holds a BSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
