Kabir is an Associate Partner with Dalberg based in Mumbai. He advises governments, foundations, and private corporations on strategy development, effective technology use, and organizational design. Kabir is especially interested in helping organizations define their vision and then taking tangible steps toward achieving it.
Kabir has worked extensively in Dalberg’s ICT and Big Data, Education to Employment, and Financial Inclusion practice areas. His recent work includes developing a digital transformation strategy for the Ethiopian Ministry of Innovation and Technology, advising a large Indian state government in designing and piloting a scalable EdTech solution, and managing Dalberg’s strategic review of CGAP.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Kabir was an Associate Vice President for Strategy at the Lodha Group, India’s largest residential real estate developer. He was also previously a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group. Kabir holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Development from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Macalester College.
