Laura is a Partner and the director of Dalberg’s London office. She specializes in developing inclusive business models, deploying capital for impact, and building multi-stakeholder initiatives to accelerate development.
Laura’s work focuses on integrating impact into business and investment strategies. She has advised Fortune 500 corporations and regional conglomerates in sectors such as food and beverage, financial services, healthcare and pharmaceutical, energy, extractives, and manufacturing. Her experience includes developing new business models that unlock impact opportunities, building pre-competitive private sector partnerships, and measuring the value generated by corporate shared value strategies.
Laura also collaborates with investors, philanthropies, and bilateral aid agencies to mobilize capital at scale. Her efforts involve advising development finance institutions to enhance their pipeline-building approaches, setting investment theses for asset managers in the impact sector, and assessing the market potential of emerging industries.
She also partners with leading foundations to highlight underinvested health issues. Laura has worked with various organizations to emphasize menstrual health as a vital component of women’s health and well-being. She has also helped global funders amplify the urgency of addressing the health impacts of climate change, including by supporting changemakers across the Global South and directing finance towards local solutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at London Business School.
