Mia is Dalberg Europe’s Director of Finance and Operations. She is responsible for overseeing finance and operations for the region.

Mia holds a B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom. She has more than 15 years’ experience in Europe as well as Africa. Prior to joining Dalberg she worked for an international NGO in Johannesburg, a multinational corporate in London, and one of the big strategy consulting firms as a Finance Manager.

Mia is passionate about improving systems, processes and structures; and helping to build great teams that feel valued, empowered and happy to express their authentic selves at work.
