Nandini is a member of the Dalberg Global Management Team and Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific operations. She has managed operations for Dalberg APAC for the last 13 years. In her role, she serves as a steward of key governance practices and provides leadership over the region’s operations with respect to finance, human resources, and administrative functions. She provides strategic direction and helps develop firm priorities across its different functions. As a member of the APAC management team, she brings a holistic view to managing the regional business and supporting its growth and performance.

Nandini has strong implementation experience and a diverse skill set developed over a career spanning 22 years. She has helped build a strong and empowered operations team.

Prior to Dalberg, Nandini spent seven years in the banking industry largely with HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking team.
