Rasmus is a Project Manager at Dalberg Data Insights (DDI). Rasmus co-leads Dalberg’s Digital and data practice area as well as Dalberg’s Global data task force, supporting Dalberg’s data analytics engagements across the firm and new business development. He has 10+ years of professional experience across consulting, research, and government.

Based out of Senegal for the past three years with Dalberg Advisors, he has worked with governments, investors, foundations and bilateral donors across West and East Africa on inclusive growth, digital & data for development, and public health. Prior to joining Dalberg, Rasmus earned his PhD in political science focusing on quantitative research methods, democratization, and economic development with fieldwork in Brazil and India. Previously, he also spent three years working on policy development in Denmark’s Parliament and a Danish think-tank.

Rasmus was a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University and holds PhD, MSc and BSc degrees in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.
