Sreya is an Associate Partner with Dalberg based in Singapore. She gets her energy from bringing strategies to life. Through various capacity-building and accelerator programs, she has provided hands-on support to various stages of startups, social enterprises, and nonprofits on their journey to scale. She has advised clients on different funding strategies – private investing, grant funding models, and impact investing.
Sreya’s most recent work at Dalberg has included identifying new and innovative solutions to the complex challenges within the Digital Health Financing landscape in Asia Pacific; supporting youth entrepreneurs in Singapore to develop strong business plans for the challenges of sustainable fashion, the well-being of youth with physical and intellectual disabilities and creating a community of elderly within Singapore; advising a leading CSR organization in India with creating programs to further women agri-entrepreneurship and piloting a plastic waste free lighthouse city that is demonstrating circularity.
Prior to Dalberg, Sreya nurtured a global collaborative of funders and non-profits leaders across India to achieve systemic change in adolescent health and education. She has also worked at KPMG providing financial due diligence to private equity clients and at the Rockefeller Foundation, where she supported the most recent presidential transition. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School focusing on leadership development and non-profit management, and BSc in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington.
