Ella Rytsölä is a Consultant at Dalberg Media. Ella’s core competencies lie within the design, conceptualization, and evaluation of public-private partnerships with a specific interest in gender equality.

Ella has a Bachelor of Finance and Economics from Hanken School of Economics in Finland, and a master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. She has also studied IR and MBA courses as a visiting international student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a year.
