Gregory Pepper is a Project Manager at Dalberg Media, specializing in social entrepreneurship, innovation, and design thinking, with experience in creating and facilitating programs for early-stage ventures, NGOs, corporates, and universities.

Gregory is currently Program Lead at UNLEASH, where he conceptualizes, builds, and launches innovation programs for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This includes UNLEASH Hacks, two-day hackathons co-organized with alumni to generate solutions to local problems, and UNLEASH Plus, a 6-month incubator to support teams in the implementation of impactful solutions.

Gregory holds an MSc & MA in Global Innovation Design, from Imperial College, the Royal College of Art, Tsinghua University, and Nanyang Technological University.
