Wijnand de Wit is a Partner with Dalberg, based in Geneva. He also co-leads the firm’s Strategy and Performance practice; advising on strategic planning, organizational transformation, financial management, and performance management. He has extensive experience in areas including global health, technology, and international trade.

Before joining Dalberg, Wijnand worked at KPMG Consulting in the Netherlands on financial management in the public and private sectors. He has advised several large public sector organizations, including The Netherlands Ministries of Finance and Infrastructure, on the implementation of enterprise resource planning applications and on the implementation of results-based management.

Wijnand holds an MBA from Nyenrode University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rijswijk Polytechnic in Logistics Management. He is a Certified Management Accountant.
